NASA has awarded Astrobotic of Pittsburgh $199.5 million to deliver NASA’s Volatiles Investigating Polar Exploration Rover (VIPER) to the Moon’s South Pole in late 2023. Although the letter was originally released, the list of histories created, were not. So, on May 25, 2019, The Black Vault filed a Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) request to the CIA for a review of the complete document. On March 17, 2020, the CIA released the document.
