Background This is the second volume in the history of the National Reconnaissance Program. The first volume related the story of CORONA-the first successful program in applying space vehicles to overflight reconnaissance operations. In its several evolutionary versions, CORONA steadily improved its photographic surveys of denied areas (with final resolutions of six to ten feet), operating in what the Intelligence Community calls “search mode.” This volume is the story of a companion photographic satellite called GAMBIT, which was developed to perform at even better resolutions than CORONA and work against specified targets-an operation usually referred to as “surveillance mode.” GAMBIT…

Background Man’s greatest potential remains a prisoner of man. Vast untapped mental capabilities create an entirely new battlefield dimension which, if ignored, pose a threat to self and country more serious than nuclear weapons. Background This study is a comprehensive analysis for psychokinesis. The characteristics of psychokinesis are examined by reviewing and analyzing available experimental studies, articles, and texts. The characteristics and applications were analyzed and recorded to determine if the collective literature reported and supported the explicit or implicit utility of psychokinesis as a tool of warfare. The results of the study reveals three main conclusions. First, psychokinesis could, with continued research, have a potential military value for future military operations when psychokinesis has been developed to the point for effective utilization. The second conclusion was that the implications of psychokinesis with respect…

Background This report reviews inductive theories and experimental approaches which provide for inter actions between gravitational and electromagnetic fields. The theoretical section develops a general relativistic five dimensional theory to the point that electromagnetic effects can be interpreted. Emphasis is placed on modifications to the classical Maxwell equations and field vector equations. The theories are then used to propose specific experimental studies which can verify the electromagnetic and gravitational interactions. Specific recommendations are made for experiments that would both verify the theories and serve as a basis for electric propulsive systems that would convert between electromagnetic and inertial momentum. Background This series of 12 video segments examines some of the lessons learned from the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident. The segments include the unique perspective of two survivors of Chernobyl. The videos offer information about radiation and how EPA is preparing to respond to a large-scale radiological or nuclear incident in the United States. It was produced and released by the EPA — and archived by TheBlackVault.com. It is an official U.S. Government video. Document Archive Recovering from a Nuclear Incident – Lessons Learned from Chernobyl [294 Pages, 8.5MB] Video Archive Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part…
