The objective of this investigation was to determine whether foreign officer involvement at the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) was in compliance with U,S, laws and DoD directives. The Black Vault filed a FOIA request for the review and release of the final report on July 12, 2016. It would take until January 6, 2023 for it to be partially done so. The result is below. On April 15, 2020, the following press release was sent out by the U.S. Navy: Unsafe Russian Intercept over Mediterranean Sea By U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa/U.S. 6th Fleet Public Affairs MEDITERRANEAN SEA  –  On April 15, 2020, a U.S. P-8A Poseidon aircraft flying in international airspace over the Mediterranean Sea was intercepted by a Russian SU-35. The interaction was determined to be unsafe due to the SU-35 conducting a high-speed, inverted maneuver, 25 ft. directly in front of the mission aircraft, which put our pilots and crew at risk. It was sent to The Black Vault in mid November of 2022. The date of the report is: 2148 EST 11/10/2022 | 0248 UTC 11/11/2022 though the actual time of sighting may differ. Discreet Oculus is an R&D effort to create a ground-based diagnostics system capable of providing accurate technical nuclear forensics conclusions following a nuclear detonation.
