This document is to provide guidance on the classification of information and material related
to CBRN survivability in support of DoDI 3150.09, The Chemical, Biological,
Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Survivability Policy. To also provide guidance on the
classification of information contained in Department of Defense Form 2931 (DD Form
2931 and successor forms, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN)
Mission Critical System Report) submissions.
